We had a rowing crew of women stay at this location for our race in Philadelphia at the Schuylkill River. This place was perfect for us!! It had enough space and bedrooms to fit us. The kitchen was great and the back patio so cute!! It was clean, easy to get in and check out. Many spots are within walking distance and there’s plenty of to do. Pamela was very responsive and quickly helped us when we ran low on toiletries. She was welcoming, quick to message back, and was incredible host!! Highly recommend this spot!

My husband and I stayed in this lovely home with our two teenagers for 2 nights and it felt so comfortable. Pam and Omar are great hosts. The kitchen was well-stocked, rooms were immaculately clean, and the game room and hot tub were our favorites! Also, the fireplace in the living room made for extra cozy evenings. We also appreciated the ample supply of board games for quality family time. The entire house was squeaky clean and the surrounding area very quiet and peaceful. It was a wonderful way to enjoy our final days of summer. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay! The home was spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully appointed with quality linens, plenty of towels, and everything we needed for a comfortable weekend. The hot tub and fire pit were great touches, and there was plenty of seating for our group of eight. The kitchen was well stocked, everything was easy to find, and the layout made hosting effortless. Beds were comfortable, parking was ample, and the location was perfect—close to everything but still in a quiet, nice neighborhood. We’d absolutely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay at Bear Haven Retreat! We went to celebrate my partner’s retirement and it was beyond our expectations of relaxation! The location is so convenient. Easy to find in a lovely neighborhood. Upon entering the home it smelled so lovely. The house was spotless and exactly like the photos. The hot tub was the best way to end the day (we even sat in it for while it snowed)! The game room did not disappoint. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, we made breakfast and a few meals during our stay. The bed was comfy, clean and we had plenty of outlets to charge up. PS.

We had a great stay at the Bear Haven Retreat! Pamela and Omar were extremely helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. The house was exactly what we needed and the amenities were great - from ping pong in the game room, shooting hoops in the driveway, to the hot tub and fire pit in the backyard, we always had something to do. The location was also perfect as we were only a short drive from multiple restaurants and attractions. We highly recommend!

So we decided to make a last minute trip, and Pamela went the extra mile to accommodate us when she didn’t have to. Always responsive and always on standby! Just an amazing person and host. Check in was easy and Her house was exactly like the photos. Squeaky Clean, Fun, and entertaining. From the Game room, to the fire pit, to the hot tub. 10’s across the board! In addition, her home is literally 5 minutes away from almost any store you can think of and plenty of places to eat! If you’re in the area, I highly recommend staying here! Thank you again Pamela!

This is hands down the best air bnb I have been to (for context, I travel a lot). I had my sister’s Bach party in the poconos and stayed at Pamela’s air bnb and it was hands down the best decision! She promptly answers inboxes, with clear communication. As for her beautiful home, it was absolutely gorgeous! Comfortably fit 8 people, had an amazing game room, a relaxing sauna and a hot tub! Can’t express how amazing this air bnb was especially if you went a relaxing get away or want to celebrate a big event, definitely stay here! Will love to stay again in the future! The perfect spot for our family Christmas celebration! Pamela was so easy to communicate with and very helpful. She even set up a Christmas tree for us! The space was comfortable and in a great location. The free parking out front was a huge bonus in the city. It is a 3-story unit so you'll have some stairs to navigate, but we embraced the city living. Sabrina's Cafe around the corner was so convenient for breakfast. Even being that close to downtown Philly, it was really quiet at night. We highly recommend!

Lovely and responsive host! Wonderful house and excellent location! It was great to have so many bedrooms. We were in town for the marathon and our runners thanked us for choosing such a convenient spot to the start and finish lines. Such a nice quiet street with almost zero street noise and yet close to great restaurants, grocery and even a Target. Pamela’s house had everything we needed. This was easily the best Airbnb experience I have ever had. From start to finish, Pam & Omar went above and beyond to make my partner (now engaged!) and I’s weekend the most unforgettable. They were incredibly accommodating with our friends and family, gave recommendations for things to do and places to eat, and made sure that whatever we needed was within reach. 10/10 communicators and 1000/10 for hospitality. Their place is nestled on a quaint and quiet street, close to many downtown spots that are easily walkable.
